Refund and Rebate Policy

Preorders can be canceled for a full refund up until it is announced that the ordered book is going forward to publication. Once it has been announced that a preordered book is going forward to publication, preorders can no longer be canceled or refunded.

All ebook sales are final. Ebooks cannot be returned or refunded. Defective ebooks will be replaced by Iguana Books with a functional copy of the same title.

Iguana may occasionally make coupon codes available. These coupons are good for one transaction only. If you use a coupon for an item that costs less than the full value of the coupon, we will not be able to credit you for the difference, unfortunately.

You’ll also get a coupon code when you purchase an ebook from us in person, for example, at an event or a signing. This coupon code is good for the full price of the ebook purchased, and will allow you to “buy” the ebook from our site without paying anything more. Occasionally, these coupons may appear to be worth more than the cost of the ebook purchased. This is because the coupon value has been adjusted to make sure it covers your local sales taxes. As with all coupons, however, we are not able to credit you for any difference between the coupon value and the ebook price.

PLEASE NOTE: A coupon is considered to have been used as soon as you enter its code and click “Apply this Coupon,” whether you then complete the checkout process or not. Please do not apply a coupon until you have double-checked your order and are ready to proceed to checkout.
