Our party cookies

People at our launch party seemed to really like the iguana-shaped cookies (and the square ones we made when we got tired of stamping out iguanas). If you’re curious, here’s the recipe. We added green food coloring to half the batches, and red and blue (to make purple) to the other half. There’s a hot debate on at the moment about Canada’s national animal. On this auspicious day, I thought I’d address a burning issue: Why did we call the company “Iguana Books”? See, my last name is Ioannou, which is Greek.
